As part of fulfilling their missions, our Partner Agencies make referrals to Wheels 4 Hope when individuals are employed, meet established criteria and have successfully been engaged in their programs for an extended period of time. If you are an agency that is interested in partnering with Wheels 4 Hope, and provides long-term case management services to individuals in transition and working towards self-sufficiency.
